Don A. Peterson is a highly accomplished and analytical attorney with a proven track record of achievement in business and commercial law, claims management, litigation management, regulatory compliance, legal cost control, contract negotiations and strategic planning.
He provides each client with an individualized case analysis that ensures timely and cost-effective resolution to a contract dispute or litigation. Don is a dedicated legal professional who continuously represents and defends a client in multiple areas of the law.
Grant A. Peterson
Associate
Graduating from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2021, I built a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving through both academic achievement and practical experience. During law school, I served as a Staff Editor for the UMKC Law Review, completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Roseann A. Ketchmark of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, was elected Class Representative for the UMKC School of Law Class of 2021 during both my second and third years, and held leadership positions in several student organizations, including the ACLU Student Organization.
Since entering private practice, Mr. Peterson has served as first-chair counsel in numerous matters, handling every stage of litigation from pretrial motion practice and discovery through evidentiary hearings and bench trials. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises individuals and families on estate planning, preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other planning documents designed to protect clients' assets and carry out their long-term objectives. His practical experience enables him to provide strategic, effective representation tailored to each client's needs.

Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science alongside a Paralegal Certificate, utilizing this unique background to bring exceptional organization to legal operations and drive efficiency in case preparation. Outside of the office, Jordan is an avid Oklahoma City Thunder fan who loves spending his free time playing basketball
